Job Title: Production Supervisor (B.Sc / M.Sc Food Technology ONLY)

Mandatory Educational Qualifications

- B.Sc. in Food Technology / Food Science & Technology / Microbiology
- M.Sc. in Food Technology / Food Science & Technology / Microbiology

Key Responsibilities :

GMP & Hygiene: Enforce strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), personal hygiene standards, and sanitation protocols on the processing floor.

- Documentation: Maintain flawless daily shift logs, batch manufacturing records (BMR), raw material usage reports, and wastage data.
- Key Skills & Competencies Required
- Clear understanding of food processing machinery, thermal processing,



and packaging technology.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI regulations).
- Leadership skills to handle shop-floor workers and solve real-time production bottlenecks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
