Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Fitness Trainer to guide members and clients towards their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of exercise techniques, workout planning, and client handling, along with a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct basic fitness assessments and understand clients' fitness goals.
- Prepare and guide clients through suitable workout routines based on their fitness levels and objectives.
- Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure clients follow secure training practices.
- Monitor clients' progress and make appropriate adjustments to workout plans.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions as required.
- Motivate and encourage clients to maintain consistency with their fitness routines.
- Provide general fitness and healthy-lifestyle guidance within the scope of professional training.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.




- Interact professionally with members and support a positive fitness experience.
- Assist members with exercise demonstrations, fitness assessments, or group sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

- Good knowledge of strength training, cardio, functional training, and basic exercise principles.
- Ability to create and demonstrate effective workout routines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and friendly personality.
- Ability to motivate clients and build positive professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices is an advantage.
- Experience is preferred, but freshers with a relevant fitness certification may apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work flexible hours according to operational requirements.
