Site Engineer (0–1 Years Experience)
Location: Indore (travel to multiple project sites required)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Reporting To: Senior Site Supervisor
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities across our project sites in Indore. This is a excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure in site execution, quality control, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain site quality control and monitor workmanship
- Coordinate timely material ordering and delivery with vendors and procurement teams
- Track progress and ensure strict adherence to project schedules
- Prepare site reports, measurements, and documentation for contractor/agency billing and payments
- Assist the Senior Site Supervisor in planning and execution of site activities
- Travel to multiple project locations within Indore as required
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, execution processes, and quality practices
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to travel within the city for site work
