AI/ML Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead and develop innovative solutions across Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for NLP tasks such as information extraction, classification, summarization, and chatbot applications.
- Build and optimize Computer Vision pipelines for object detection, image classification, OCR, and scene understanding.
- Develop predictive and inferential statistical models using regression, Bayesian methods, and time-series forecasting.
- Work with large-scale data using PySpark, Hadoop, Dask, and scalable ML pipelines.
- Perform data modelling and feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
- Evaluate models using appropriate metrics, A/B testing, and explainability techniques such as SHAP and LIME.
- Create REST APIs and integrate ML models into production systems using FastAPI, Flask, or containerized microservices.
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI roles.
- Proven project experience in at least two domains: Computer Vision, NLP, or Predictive Modeling.
- Hands-on experience with model deployment and MLOps best practices.

Positive to Have

- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure ML platforms.
- Generative AI experience.
- Exposure to Reinforcement Learning or Graph-based ML.
- Publications, patents, or open-source contributions.
