We are seeking a highly motivated and result oriented Executive / Sr. Executive - Event Operations to join out team.

Candidates are preferred with experience of 1-4 years.

Job Location : Noida Sector 62 (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and execute end to end global B2B / corporate summits, conferences, and seminars

2. Develop event concepts and themes that align with company objectives and audience preferences

3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events

4. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within budget

5. Source and negotiate with 4-5 star hotels

Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event logistics and services

7. Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements

8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in event management, or related field

2.1years - 4 years of experience in end to end corporate event planning and management

3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
