About the Role

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join Satyam Aluminium Co. The candidate will be responsible for generating current leads, meeting potential customers, and developing business relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and references.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and potential customers.
- Explain our aluminium doors, windows, slim profile systems, ACP facade, glass railings, and related products.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and site teams for measurements,



quotations, and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- BPO/Telecalling/Sales experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience in outbound calling, telesales, customer handling, or lead generation are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM/lead management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
