1. HR Operations

- Manage daily attendance, leave, permission, late-coming and employee records.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Handle staff and worker queries related to HR policies, wages, benefits and company procedures.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and management reports.

2. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

- Coordinate recruitment for workers, staff and supervisory positions.
- Source candidates through consultants, job portals, referrals and local recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Complete joining formalities, document verification and induction.
- Monitor manpower requirements department-wise.

3. Payroll & Attendance

- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation with the payroll team.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, incentives and salary revisions.
- Coordinate PF, ESI and other payroll-related activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related employee queries.

4. Statutory Compliance & Audits

- Maintain records related to applicable labour and employment laws.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Factory Act, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare documents and evidence for customer, social and compliance audits.
- Support SA8000, BSCI, SMETA, GOTS, GRS, EcoVadis and other customer/certification audits, as applicable.
- Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

5. Employee Relations

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Support grievance committee, Internal Complaints Committee and other employee committees.
- Maintain disciplinary records and issue notices/warnings as per company procedures.
- Promote positive employee relations and employee engagement.

6. Training & Development

- Prepare and maintain the annual training calendar.
- Coordinate induction and awareness training for new employees.
- Organize training on fire safety, first aid, PPE, chemical handling, workplace discipline,



social compliance and other relevant topics.
- Maintain training attendance and effectiveness records.

7. Welfare & Facilities

- Monitor employee welfare facilities including canteen, drinking water, sanitation, rest areas and hostel facilities.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities and statutory welfare requirements.
- Work closely with Health & Safety and other committees.

8. HR Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
- Prepare monthly HR reports covering manpower, absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, overtime, training and employee grievances.
- Ensure HR documents are properly updated and readily available for audits.

Required Qualifications

- Education: MBA / PG Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in HR, Labour Welfare, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in textile, garment or manufacturing industries.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
- Experience in handling workers and migrant employees will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of social compliance and customer audits is preferred.
- Positive communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR/payroll software.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in home textile, garment, apparel or manufacturing industries will be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
