BricksToHome is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and career-driven Talent Acquisition Interns who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to real-time HR and recruitment operations in a rapid-growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate sourcing through job portals, referrals & social platforms

* Resume screening and initial candidate coordination

* Scheduling and coordinating interviews

* Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities

* Assisting in campus hiring drives and HR operations

* Maintaining recruitment data and reports

Eligibility Criteria:

* MBA / BBA / Graduates (Any stream – HR preferred)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills





* Basic understanding of HR or recruitment is a plus

* Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow
