The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely dimensional measurement, particularly for critical and precision components used in machine manufacturing

Roles and responsibility

- Independently operate CMM equipment’s for inspection of precision components
- Develop, modify, optimize, and validate CMM inspection programmes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings GD&T;, specifications, and inspection standards.
- Select appropriate measurement strategies, probes fixtures and references systems.
- Establish correct alignment and measurement coordinate systems
- Perform dimensional inspection of complex components assemblies’ gears shafts, housing, fabricated parts, and machined components.
- Ensure proper CMM setup, Fixture, Probing,



and components alignment.
- Optimize CMM programmes to improves Inspection accuracy and cycle time.
- Trouble shoot CMM Programming and measurement -related issues . Understand datum structure and functional requirements of components.
- Identify measurement related risks and ensure appropriate measurement methods are used.
- Strong understanding and practical application of geometric dimensioning.
