Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the Corporate Relations team to achieve placement goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, and Founders.
- Develop strategic corporate partnerships and drive bulk hiring initiatives.
- Plan and execute corporate engagement strategies to maximize placement opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, corporate outreach, and company visit conversions.
- Coordinate with branch teams for seamless placement execution.
- Track performance through MIS reports and implement continuous improvements.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
