Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain inventory and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve store sales targets and business goals.
* Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
* Ensure excellent customer experience and complaint resolution.
* Monitor inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
* Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
* Prepare sales and operational reports.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience in retail sales and store operations.
* Good communication and customer handling abilities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
