Spintly is looking for a Deployment Manager to lead the installation and deployment of our cloud-based Access Control Systems across customer locations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end deployment projects.
- Lead and supervise deployment engineers and installation partners.
- Plan deployment schedules and allocate resources.
- Conduct site surveys and oversee installations.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Operations teams.
- Troubleshoot deployment and networking issues.
- Maintain deployment documentation and reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout project execution.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in deployment, access control, CCTV, security systems,



or related industries.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
- Experience managing field teams and customer-facing projects.
- Positive communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
