Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Manager with a CA Inter qualification to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial-reporting activities. The candidate will ensure accurate books of accounts, timely statutory filings, effective internal controls, and reliable management reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle general ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash-flow tracking.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file GST and TDS returns and coordinate tax payments.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits and provide required documentation.
- Maintain fixed-asset registers and oversee depreciation accounting.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations.
- Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies.
- Liaise with auditors, banks,



consultants, vendors, and government authorities.
- Supervise and guide junior members of the accounts team.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance.
- Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and income-tax provisions.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software will be an advantage.
- Prior experience managing or supervising an accounts team is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
