About the Role
2050 Healthcare is looking for customer-friendly and hardworking Coffee House Staff to support the day-to-day operations of the coffee house at our Bangalore Rehab Center. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer service, order handling, cleanliness, billing support, and maintaining smooth café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely service.
- Serve food, beverages, tea, coffee, and other café items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee house, tables, counter, and service area.
- Assist with billing and cash/UPI payment collection when required.
- Refill and arrange food, beverages, and other café items.
- Check stock and inform the Manager about shortages.
- Maintain proper presentation of food and beverages.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Follow all hygiene, safety,
and food-service standards.
- Support the Manager and Assistant Manager in daily café operations.
- Maintain discipline and a positive working workplace.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass; Hotel Management qualification will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, coffee houses, retail, hospitality, or customer service is required.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Friendly, polite, presentable, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of billing and customer service.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a customer-facing environment.
- Candidates from Bangalore, Kolkata, and Manipur will be preferred.
