1. Government Tender Processing

Monitor tender websites and portals (e.g., GeM, IREPS, eProcurement) for relevant opportunities.

Analyze tender documents and evaluate eligibility and requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., costing, technical, finance, legal) to prepare and compile bid documents.

Submit online and offline tender proposals within deadlines.

Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track bid outcomes.

Handle clarifications, corrigendum notices, and post-bid formalities.

2. Order Processing

Receive and verify purchase orders from customers and government agencies.

Coordinate with logistics and production teams for order fulfillment.

Manage invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.

Book pre inspection call & documentation for inspection.





Track delivery timelines and ensure compliance with contract terms.

3. Payment Follow-up

Monitor payment cycles, due dates, and coordinate with accounts receivable.

Regularly follow up with clients and departments for pending payments and resolve discrepancies.

Handle documentation related to payment collection such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), inspection reports, and acknowledgment.

Follow up for reimbursement of SD/EMD payment.

Maintain records of payments received and outstanding dues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
