About the Role

WebEaz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and professional Telecaller to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads.
- Explain company services and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain call and lead records using CRM or similar software.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
- Experience working with CRM software or lead management tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
