Role description
Role Overview
The Business & HR Consulting Professional will support organizations in optimizing workforce performance, talent acquisition, and strategic human capital management to drive improved business outcomes. This role focuses on aligning people’s strategies with overall corporate objectives, enabling sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and workforce transformation across industries such as BFSI, Technology, and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Workforce & Talent Strategy
- Design and support workforce optimization and talent strategies aligned with business goals
- Contribute to executive search, recruitment strategy, and RPO engagements
- Support AI-enabled and data-driven talent acquisition initiatives
HR Transformation & Strategy
- Assist in redesigning HR processes, operating models, and governance structures
- Support HRIS implementations and transformations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Enable and strengthen HR Business Partner (HRBP) models
Workforce Performance & Well-being
- Support initiatives focused on performance optimization, productivity improvement, and workforce effectiveness
- Contribute to the design of health, rewards, and benefits programs
- Ensure adherence to legal and statutory compliance requirements
Organizational Culture & Structure
- Support organizational design, workforce restructuring, and cultural transformation initiatives
- Assist in developing talent development, learning, and training programs
- Support change management and adoption activities
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and consulting stakeholders
- Develop client-ready content, including presentations, frameworks, and recommendations
Contribute to proposals, assessments,
and strategic advisory deliverables
Skills
Core Skills & Expertise
- Solid understanding of workforce strategy, talent management, and human capital consulting
- Experience supporting or delivering HR transformation, workforce optimization, or talent initiatives
- Working knowledge of end‑to‑end HR processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance
- Exposure to HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from workforce and operational data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to create executive‑level presentations, frameworks, and documentation
- Robust attention to detail and consistency in content quality and messaging
