**Operations Executive – Remittance Processing | RemitOut**
Mumbai | Full-time

Remitout is looking for an Ops person who can hit the ground running with international remittance processing.

**What you'll do:**
- Process outward remittance transactions end-to-end (education loans, forex, blocked accounts)
- Coordinate with AD2/banking partners for txn processing and documentation
- Track and resolve txn queries/escalations with banks and customers
- Maintain MIS/trackers for daily remittance status

**What we're looking for:**
- Minimum 1 year experience in remittance/forex operations
- Prior experience working with an AD2 (Authorized Dealer Category-II) strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, comfortable with high transaction volumes and deadlines
- Valuable communication ,you'll be coordinating with banks, students, and partners daily

**Good to have:**
- Experience with study-abroad remittances (blocked accounts, tuition payments)
- Familiarity with forex card operation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
