KC Cottrell Engineering Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and technically motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our engineering team.
The GET program is designed to provide fresh engineering graduates with practical exposure to engineering design, project execution, technical documentation, coordination, quality, safety, and client requirements. Selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers and project teams and will receive on-the-job training to develop their technical and professional capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong fundamentals in the respective engineering discipline.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn engineering software and industry-specific tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Willingness to travel or visit project/site locations, wherever required.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of relevant engineering software will be an added advantage, such as:
Mechanical: AutoCAD.
Civil: AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro
Electrical: AutoCAD Electrical, Dialux, MS office
Eligibility
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience may apply.
- Candidates should have good academic performance and sound technical fundamentals.
- Candidates awaiting final results may be considered based on company requirements.
