Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, services, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure timely customer assistance.
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and status in the CRM system.
- Track leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Prepare regular reports related to leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions.
- Ensure timely communication and maintain good customer relationships.
- Identify customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.




- Maintain proper records and ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Customer-focused approach with valuable problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Salary

₹[Salary Range] per month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
