We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month internship. The intern will primarily support the HR team in recruitment and hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Assist in coordinating walk-in interviews.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Internship Completion Certificate: An Internship Completion Certificate will be provided upon successful completion of the 6-month internship.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
