Growth and Admissions

· Plan, implement and monitor location specific marketing campaigns in coordination with central marketing team to drive admissions.

· Ensure parent satisfaction through addressal of feedback / complaints in time to reduce TC.

· Ensure school team engages actively in fee collection for timely remittance as per target.

· Plan and implement brand building activities and campaigns in close coordination with the School Leadership team.

Budgeting, Procurement & Operations

· Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & procurement data analytics.

· Vendor management & Development.

· Total quality management & cost optimization.

· Handle the complete process of procurement for all items & equipment to include books, furniture, IT hardware, related applications & services

· Prosecute Contracts & Agreements and regulatory compliance.

· School Transport Fleet management for efficient operations and safety.

· Liaison with Local Govt authorities (BEO, Police & other Govt. dept).

Infrastructureand Maintenance

· Planning, implementation and maintenance of current infrastructure / expansions.

· Execution of infra projects, agreements, interior works, air-conditioning, repair, maintenance and AMCs.





· Contract execution for periodical installation of electrical equipment, generators, transformer & related services.

· Quality control and project audits.

Health, Safety & Safeguarding

· Implementation of Health & Safety Standards and Policy.

· Electrical safety, water, environmental & food safety standards.

· Fire Risk Assessment & Mitigation.

· Implementation of Safeguarding & Protection Standards and Policy.

· Safety infrastructure (incl FE, CCTV, Smoke detector, etc) management.

· Child Safety and related programs aimed at safeguarding of learners.

· Physical Security risk assessment, inspection & audit.

· Execution and enforcement of the Service Level Agreements with the Security Service Providers.

Business Continuity and Disaster Management

· Formulation of business continuity plan and response mechanism to address the operational risks related to natural and manmade disasters.

· Plan maintenance with internal and external stake holders.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
