Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily department and store operations.
Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
Lead, train and motivate the store team.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock accuracy.
Handle customer queries and ensure a good customer experience.
Monitor billing, cash handling and daily operational activities.
Maintain store hygiene, discipline and overall presentation.
Track sales and prepare regular performance reports.
Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in retail store operations.
Experience in specialty retail, lifestyle, jewellery, handicrafts, home décor, FMCG or similar sectors will be preferred.
Solid team-handling, sales and inventory management skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Candidates from Hosur or nearby locations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
