Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute bucket-wise recovery strategies (0-30, 30+, 60+, 90+ days past due).
- Team & Agency Leadership: Manage internal collection associates and external field agencies, ensuring adequate manpower allocation per capacity norms.
- Legal & Repossession Oversight: Initiate legal notices, arbitrations, and compliant vehicle repossessions following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Portfolio & Cost Control: Monitor roll rates, flow cases, and manage overall recovery cost efficiencies.
- Process & Tech Compliance: Drive utilization of collection mobile apps and ensure adherence to local financial and regulatory guidelines.

- Collection Efficiency (CE) and Resolution Rate
- Roll Rate and Flow-Forward reduction
- Cost per unit recovered / Cost management
- Audit scores and process compliance

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,550,000.00 per year
