Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent.

Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.

Schedule site visits for the sales team.

Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.

Follow up regularly with interested customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates.

Achieve assigned lead conversion and site visit targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Solid convincing and negotiation ability

Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred

Ability to handle customer queries professionally

Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
