18 Media Advertising is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, interview scheduling, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.

- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding interview updates.

- Assist in onboarding selected candidates.

- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and HR-related documents.

- Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.

- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Requirements





- Pursuing or completed Graduation in any discipline (HR background preferred).

- Basic knowledge of MS office.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
