We are looking for a Periodontist + Clinical Caretaker & Clinical Treatment Coordinator to become an important part of our growing team.

ABOUT DR. GUL’S DENTAL CLINIC

Dr. Gul’s Dental Clinic is a premium, technology-driven dental practice with 18+ years of clinical experience, based in Sector 104, Noida.

- Comprehensive & Multidisciplinary Dentistry

YOUR ROLE

As our Periodontist & Clinical Treatment Coordinator, you will have two important responsibilities:

Clinical Excellence

- Diagnose and treat periodontal conditions
- Perform periodontal procedures within your area of expertise
- Manage gum and periodontal maintenance cases
- Support implant patients from a periodontal perspective
- Coordinate multidisciplinary cases with other doctors
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient care
- Ensure proper follow-up and maintenance protocols

Clinical Caretaking & Coordination

- Act as the clinical point of contact for the team when Dr. Gul is unavailable
- Coordinate daily clinical workflow with associate dentists and dental assistants
- Participate in daily clinical huddles
- Ensure treatment plans are properly understood and executed




- Coordinate clinical requirements between doctors, assistants, reception and laboratory
- Monitor pending clinical work and follow-ups
- Ensure patient photographs, records and reports are completed properly
- Identify clinical/operational gaps and proactively address them
- Escalate complex cases appropriately to Dr. Gul

TEAM LEADERSHIP

We are looking for someone who can lead without becoming authoritarian.

You should be able to:

✅ Resolve team issues professionally

✅ Create a positive clinical environment

✅ Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions

PATIENT EXPERIENCE

You will also play an important role in ensuring that patients receive a seamless experience.

You should be comfortable:

- Explaining periodontal and comprehensive treatment plans
- Answering patient questions
- Building patient trust
- Coordinating treatment sequences
- Following up on treatment progress
- Communicating with patients in both English and Hindi

QUALIFICATION

MDS – Periodontology from a recognized institution.

Candidates with additional experience/training in:

- Implantology
- Surgical procedures
- Full Mouth Rehabilitation
- Soft tissue management
- Digital dentistry
- Multidisciplinary treatment planning

will be preferred.

EXPERIENCE





Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience after MDS preferred.

COMPENSATION

₹25,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience and clinical skills.
