About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can identify, research, and generate qualified B2B leads for our IT products and services. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting companies, connecting with decision-makers, generating enquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Google, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential customers and key decision-makers such as IT Managers, Admin Managers, Procurement Managers, Facility Managers, HR Managers, and Directors.
- Conduct market research and build accurate company and prospect databases.
- Make outbound calls and communicate professionally with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on budget, requirement, authority, timeline, and business potential.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM/Excel with complete and accurate details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
- Track lead status, response rates, meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
- Develop new sources and strategies for continuous lead generation.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead-generation reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and cold-calling ability.
- Good knowledge of B2B lead generation.
- Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google search, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain and manage a large prospect database.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the sales team.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in IT hardware, IT services, system integration, networking, CCTV, AMC, or technology sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in B2B lead generation or telecalling are strongly preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with IndiaMART/TradeIndia/LinkedIn lead generation will have an advantage.

- Number of current qualified leads generated.
- Number of decision-makers contacted.
- Daily outbound calls and follow-ups.

- Sales opportunities generated for the sales team.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives for qualified leads, meetings, and successful business conversions.
