We’re Hiring Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven | Admission Counsellor to join our team and support student enrolments through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Location: Jalandhar (Punjab)
Experience Required: 3–5 years in Sales & Customer handling

CTC: Up to ₹4.0 LPA + Variable Pay up to ₹1.40 LPA (based on performance)

Work Schedule:

- Full-time | 6 Days Working
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Counsel students and parents to convert enquiries into enrolments
✔ Handle all inbound enquiries (telephonic & walk-ins) and pitch suitable courses after proper need analysis
✔ Achieve assigned billing, collection, and conversion targets (Tele-to-Visit & Visit-to-Admission)




✔ Provide accurate information about courses and guide students in choosing the right career path
✔ Conduct regular follow-ups with pending enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels
✔ Perform tele-calling on available databases to generate walk-ins
