Job overview: This profile is responsible for engaging patients of a medical practice in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Responsible for day to day activities of recalling a patient, reminding them of their appointments, keeping a close contact for their appointment completion and also managing the patient’s information in the CRM.

8. Tracking the patient’s appointment until completion - Recalling the No Shows and Cancel

9. Managing the Customer Relationship Management Software

10. Being engaged in other operational activities
