- This role is ideal for someone who has:
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
- Hands-on exposure in implementing PMS, Review Mechanisms, and Goal Setting
- Designed and scaled performance frameworks, KRA & KPI’s
- Built meaningful rewards programs that motivate high-performing teams
- Partnered closely with leadership in rapid-paced, growth-driven organizations
