About Genetrix
Genetrix Technology is a boutique Salesforce consulting firm and ISV partner headquartered in Pune, India, with a US entity in Dover, Delaware. We specialize in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce, supporting clients and Salesforce partners across the US, UK and APAC through direct and white-label delivery.
We combine consulting depth with product innovation. Our portfolio includes JourneyVoice, Campaign Clarity, Marketing Cloud Translator (MCT) and LinkLect. Our founder, Aman Batra, was recognized as a Salesforce Marketing Champion in 2021.
What you will own
- Audience and market research. Study customer segments, competitors, category conversations and buyer questions; turn scattered information into useful insights for campaigns and content.
- Positioning and messaging. Help express what makes a Genetrix service or product relevant, credible and different for a specific audience.
- Content creation. Research and draft social posts, articles, case-study narratives, email copy, landing-page content, sales enablement and other practical assets.
- Product and campaign support. Contribute to launches and campaigns for our consulting practices and products, from the initial brief through execution and follow-up.
- Distribution and community. Help adapt ideas for the channels where our audience learns: social, email, search, partner ecosystems, communities and events.
- Measurement and experimentation. Track meaningful signals, test messages or formats, document what changed and use the learning to improve the next cycle.
- Cross-functional storytelling. Interview consultants, developers and leadership to turn their knowledge into clear market-facing stories without losing technical truth.
What success looks like
- You make complex ideas clear.
A reader can understand why a technical capability matters without the content becoming vague or inflated.
- You create relevance, not noise. Your work begins with an audience need and a useful point of view rather than a generic content template.
- You ship and learn. You move from idea to published asset, observe the result and improve your next attempt.
- You build a portfolio. By the end of the internship, you have substantive work that demonstrates research, writing, judgment and measurable learning.
What we value
- Clarity: Good marketing makes an idea easier to understand and remember. You care about structure, language, context and the question the audience is actually asking.
- Curiosity: Marketing is a game of leverage. You keep looking for the insight, audience, channel or experiment that can create an outsized result.
- Sincerity: You do not manufacture expertise or hide weak evidence behind confident language. You represent the work truthfully, own deadlines and ask when something is unclear.
- Learning and business thinking: You want to understand how a company creates value, how a buyer decides and why a campaign should exist, not just how to make the output look polished.
What you bring
- Clear written communication. You can research a topic, organize your thinking and write in a direct, thoughtful voice.
- Evidence of interest. Coursework, a personal page, campus work, a campaign, writing samples or a self-initiated project that shows you have tried to understand marketing.
- Creative discipline. You enjoy generating ideas,
but you are equally willing to edit, check details, meet a brief and finish the work.
- Ownership and organization. You can manage tasks, ask for context, follow through and keep files, feedback and deadlines under control.
- A learning mindset. Prior B2B or technology-marketing experience is not required; curiosity, effort and the ability to improve quickly are.
You may be a student, recent graduate or early-career candidate. We care more about how you think, the quality of effort in your samples and how quickly you learn than about a particular degree or prior title.
Helpful, but not automatic gatekeepers
- Creative and publishing tools. Experience with Canva, Figma, basic video editing, content-management tools or social scheduling.
- Digital growth foundations. Exposure to email marketing, SEO, answer-engine optimization, paid campaigns, analytics or conversion-focused landing pages.
- B2B technology interest. Curiosity about Salesforce, AI, SaaS, consulting, product marketing or how enterprise buyers make decisions.

How to apply
Apply through this listing with your CV or LinkedIn profile. Include one or two samples that show how you research, write or create, published work is welcome, but a thoughtful self-initiated sample is equally valid.
