Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Civil BIM Trainer to join our training team at CADD Centre Ambattur. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training in BIM and Civil Engineering software, mentoring students, conducting projects, and supporting their career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training for Civil BIM courses.
- Train students on Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and other relevant BIM tools.
- Explain BIM concepts, workflows, modelling standards and project coordination.
- Provide hands-on training through real-time projects and industry-based case studies.
- Guide students in developing BIM projects and portfolios.
- Conduct assignments, assessments and practical evaluations.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual mentoring.
- Support students with project guidance, resume preparation and interview readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, workflows and industry practices.
- Maintain training quality and student engagement.
- Coordinate with the counselling/academic team regarding student progress and course requirements.

Required Technical Skills

Mandatory:

- AutoCAD
- Revit Architecture / Revit Structure
- BIM fundamentals and workflows




- Basic understanding of construction drawings and building services

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 0–5 years of relevant industry or training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
- Candidates with strong BIM knowledge and good project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with excellent BIM skills and project knowledge can also apply.
