Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and customer service professionals, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching, and identifying training needs to enhance their skills and productivity.

Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and personalized service.

Coordinate vehicle financing options and bank tie-ups for retail buyers.

Monitor stock, inventory levels, billing, and cash handling.

Resolve customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in automobile showroom or branch management.




- Prior background in the 3-wheeler or commercial vehicle segment.
- Graduation or a degree in any stream.
- Basic computer literacy and local market knowledge.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
