Hema Automation India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a QC Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in the Industrial Automation / Electrical Panel Manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, testing, documentation, and ensuring that automation panels and electrical assemblies meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect electrical control panels, automation panels, and electrical assemblies.
- Perform quality checks of panel wiring, components, mounting, labeling, and workmanship.
- Verify panels and assemblies as per approved electrical drawings and specifications.
- Carry out inspection and testing of control panels before dispatch.
- Identify quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate for corrective action.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, Project, Engineering, and Stores departments regarding quality issues.
- Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and final inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.




- Maintain proper documentation related to QC and inspection activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in QC/Quality in an Electrical Panel, Automation, or Industrial Automation company.
- Good knowledge of Electrical Control Panels and Automation Panels.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and control circuit diagrams.
- Knowledge of panel wiring inspection and electrical testing.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Candidates with experience in PLC/Automation Panels, MCC, PCC, Control Panels, or Industrial Electrical Systems will be preferred.
