Job Description :-
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate salon staff.
- Drive sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client concerns and ensure excellent service quality.
- Monitor inventory, expenses, and staff performance.
- Ensure salon hygiene, grooming, and company standards are maintained.
Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in salon/beauty industry with valuable leadership and communication skills.
