Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to support our warehouse operations by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining warehouse-related data and documents. The candidate will be responsible for updating inventory records, processing inward and outward shipment details, maintaining reports, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure data accuracy.

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who have good computer knowledge, basic Excel skills, and a willingness to learn warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update daily warehouse data in the WMS system and Excel.
- Record inward and outward shipment details accurately.
- Update inventory, stock movement, SKU, quantity, and location details in the system.
- Prepare and maintain daily warehouse reports and records.
- Verify data received from the warehouse team and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintain records of dispatches, returns, transfers, and other warehouse transactions.
- Assist in preparing pick lists, dispatch documents, and other operational reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and team members regarding missing or incorrect information.




- Ensure all data is entered accurately and within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper filing of physical and digital warehouse documents.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory checking whenever required.
- Support the operations team with other basic administrative and data-entry activities.
- Report any mismatch in system stock and physical stock to the concerned supervisor.
- Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse/inventory processes is preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical ability.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Ability to learn WMS software quickly.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
