SEO & AEO/GEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who can improve our organic visibility across Google Search, Google Maps, and AI-powered search platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Rank important commercial keywords on Google
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Improve and manage Google Business Profile / Google Maps rankings
- Build quality backlinks and handle PR / digital PR activities
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
- Track rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions
- Work on local SEO to improve visibility for our Rajouri Garden store
- Optimize website content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
- Improve brand visibility across AI search platforms and AI-generated answers
- Use AI tools effectively for research, content planning, analysis, automation, and SEO workflows
- Coordinate with content, development,



and marketing teams

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Google Search, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile
- Good knowledge of backlinks, outreach, and PR
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar
- Good understanding of technical and on-page SEO
- Strong knowledge of modern AI tools
- Understanding of AEO and GEO will be highly preferred
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and revenue

Performance-based incentives will also be provided for achieving agreed SEO, ranking, traffic, and growth targets.
