We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executives (Females Preferred) to support our logistics operations.

The role involves handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls/WhatsApp texts, coordinating with Transporters, and managing operational data through our internal systems.

This is an excellent chance for candidates who are comfortable with communication, data handling, and process-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to transport partners and handle inbound queries

· Collect, verify, and update customer/partner information in the system

· Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and internal tools

· Coordinate updates and changes in the database as required

· Follow defined processes and workflows for task execution

· Share regular reports and updates with stakeholders

· Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Positive communication skills (Hindi proficiency required; basic English is a plus)





· Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, online portals, etc.)

· Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking

· Ability to work both independently and in a team

· Good time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

· Experience in customer handling, tele calling, or logistics operations

· Understanding of business development processes

· Ability to schedule meetings and coordinate with clients

· Basic knowledge of mobile apps/web platforms

· Prior Call Centre Experience
