Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator

V3 Dental Clinic – Coimbatore

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Dental Assistant & Patient Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
- Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of dental instruments.
- Support the dentist and clinic team during patient procedures.
- Welcome patients and provide basic assistance throughout their visit.
- Make and receive patient calls for appointment booking and confirmation.
- Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and treatment visits.
- Handle appointment scheduling and maintain accurate patient records.
- Communicate politely with patients and provide basic information about appointments.
- Coordinate with the dentist and front-office team for smooth patient flow.




- Perform other clinic-related duties as required.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of dental assisting and clinic procedures.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle patient calls and appointment scheduling.
- Freshers with relevant training can apply.
- Previous dental clinic experience will be an advantage.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Compensation

₹12,000 per month
Performance-based incentives available.

Location: Coimbatore
