Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development

You are keenly interested in helping professionals develop their capabilities to drive business results. You typically have experience in managing programs and designing learning solutions across various modalities.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Enterprise Solutions Growth and Development team, you will be responsible for:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align development priorities to business strategy, define business requirements, and build multi-year learning roadmaps.
- Design and deliver cross-functional learning solutions using adult learning principles, agile design methods, and a mix of learning modalities across the talent lifecycle.
- Partner with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and teams across geographies to develop globally relevant learning experiences that address evolving workforce needs.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including registration, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer support, communications, and operational coordination.




- Track program scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and impact metrics, and work with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver learning solutions within committed timelines.

The team

The Enterprise Solutions Growth and Development team in our US India (USI) offices supports capability development, professional networking, and career progression for the region's professionals. The team specializes in connecting the dots between internal and external team members to provide a holistic learning solution to the business and come across as one.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or program management
- Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, and digital modalities
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify development needs and align solutions to business objectives
- Experience managing end-to-end learning programs, including communications, facilitator coordination, and participant management
- Experience tracking budgets, timelines, risks, and project deliverables for learning initiatives

Preferred:

- Master’s degree
- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders across Enabling Areas or Global businesses
- Experience applying adult learning principles in program design
- Experience using learning technologies and tools to support learner engagement
- Experience managing third-party vendors and internal creative or design teams
- Experience using data and reporting to measure learning effectiveness and inform decisions
