Job Summary

We are looking for a Holiday Consultant to handle customer enquiries, plan customized holidays, and convert travel enquiries into bookings. The role requires robust communication, sales, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Understand customer travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare customized holiday packages and travel itineraries.
- Provide information about destinations, hotels, flights, activities, and travel services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, airlines, and travel partners.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, payments, and travel documents.




- Maintain customer records and follow up after bookings.
- Handle customer queries and provide travel support.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
