Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories.
- Explain lens features, coatings, brands and product options.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Develop strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Handle billing, order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain excellent showroom presentation and product displays.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service before and after the sale.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in optical retail, fashion retail, jewellery, premium retail or sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills may also apply.
- Pleasant personality and good customer-handling skills.
- Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn about optical products and eyewear.
