Position: Counsellor for Vocational Training Programs (B2B/B2C)

Department: Business Development

Location: Sector 2, Noida

Employment Type: Full time

Reporting To: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented (B2B/B2C) Counsellor to promote vocational training programs by developing business relationships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, government bodies, and industry partners. The role focuses on client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training solution discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development or Counsellor.
- Experience in Education, Vocational Training, Skill Development, or EdTech is preferred.
