We are looking for a skilled ITI Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Solar PV Operations & Maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for electrical maintenance, preventive inspections, troubleshooting and ensuring reliable operation of solar power plants and associated electrical systems.

The Candidate should be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and Marathi. Additional ability to communicated in English will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment at Solar PV plants.
- Inspect and maintain LT panels, inverters, AC/DC systems, cables and junction boxes.
- Identify electrical faults and carry out troubleshooting and rectification.
- Conduct routine checks of voltage, current, temperature, insulation and other electrical parameters.
- Inspect cable terminations, earthing systems, connectors and electrical panels.
- Carry out preventive maintenance activities as per the approved maintenance schedule.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements and Permit-to-Work systems.
- Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors during maintenance activities.




- Be willing to travel to and work at solar power plant sites within Maharashtra and outside the state as required.

Qualification

- ITI – Electrician / Electrical Trade from a recognized institute.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety and electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of solar PV electrical systems will be an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in:
- Solar PV power plants
- Industrial electrical maintenance
- HT/LT electrical installations
- Manufacturing or infrastructure projects

Skills Required

- Good troubleshooting and practical electrical skills.
- Ability to use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter Earth Resistance Tester and insulation tester (megger).
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and single-line diagrams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site team.
- Positive discipline and commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel to remote project locations.
