About the Internship

Codepillars is looking for a Video Editor Intern who is passionate about video creation, editing, and emerging AI-powered video technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, knowledge of AI-generated videos, and basic knowledge of motion graphics. You will work on creating engaging digital content, promotional videos, and online product videos for different projects and brands.

This opportunity is specifically for freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience. Candidates without prior professional experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce engaging videos for digital platforms.
- Create AI-generated videos using modern AI video generation tools.
- Create promotional and marketing videos for online products and services.
- Develop short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Add transitions, animations, text, sound effects, music, and other visual elements.
- Create basic motion graphics and animated content.
- Transform product concepts, scripts, and ideas into visually engaging videos.
- Work with AI tools to generate visuals, scenes, voiceovers, and other video elements.
- Collaborate with the design, development, and marketing teams.
- Take feedback and make revisions based on project requirements.
- Stay updated with new AI video generation and editing tools.

Requirements

- Basic to good knowledge of video editing.
- Practical knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects,



DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Good understanding of composition, transitions, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create skilled-looking online product/promotional videos.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to experiment with recent AI tools and techniques.
- Ability to understand creative requirements and work within deadlines.

Important Information

You will start getting stipend after successfully completing the internship of 3 months

During the internship, your video editing skills, creativity, AI tool knowledge, learning ability, consistency, quality of work, and overall contribution will be evaluated.

Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship may be considered for a full-time opportunity with Codepillars after successful completion of the internship, subject to performance and available positions.

Full-time employment is not guaranteed solely on completion of the internship.
