Job PurposeTo support warehouse and dispatch operations by ensuring proper stock handling, packaging, timely dispatches, coordination, and accurate record maintenance.Key Responsibilities

- Follow up on inward and outward stock movements.
- Pack and prepare stock/materials for timely dispatch.
- Arrange and maintain stock systematically in the warehouse.
- Monitor stock expiry and report near-expiry or expired stock.
- Coordinate and dispatch promotional materials to respective employees/locations.
- Send timely emails regarding dispatch details and follow up with concerned persons.
- Coordinate with courier partners and ensure timely delivery of consignments.
- Arrange supplies/orders to respective parties whenever required and obtain acknowledgement of receipt.
- Maintain updated trackers for stock movements, product dispatches, promotional material dispatches, and courier details.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth and timely completion of all dispatch-related activities.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of stock handling and warehouse operations.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualification & ExperienceQualification: 10+2/Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in packing, dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations. Pharma industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
