KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.

Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories.

Explain lens features, coatings and product options.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.

Build strong and lasting customer relationships.

Handle billing, orders and customer follow-ups.

Coordinate with the laboratory and internal teams for timely delivery.

Maintain excellent showroom presentation and customer service.

WHO CAN APPLY

Graduate/Diploma with good communication skills.

Experience in optical retail,



premium retail, fashion, jewellery or sales will be an advantage.

Freshers with a positive attitude and good communication skills are welcome.

Pleasant personality and confident customer-handling skills.

Presentable, hardworking and target-oriented.

Willingness to learn about eyewear and optical products.
