About the Role

Anantvasu is looking for a Technical Executive to support our solar distribution and technical operations in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to dealers, customers, and field teams, understanding solar products, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Solar Energy, or a related technical field who is interested in building a career in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to dealers, customers, installers, and field teams.
- Understand and explain technical specifications of solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and other solar products.
- Assist dealers and technicians with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose basic technical issues related to solar systems, inverters, batteries, and electrical connections.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, service teams, and dealers to resolve technical complaints.
- Conduct or assist with technical site visits when required.
- Help evaluate system requirements, load calculations, product compatibility, and basic system sizing.
- Prepare technical reports, service reports, installation records, and other documentation.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical training to dealers and installation partners.
- Stay updated with new solar technologies, products, standards, and industry developments.




- Ensure technical issues are tracked and resolved within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to provide technical inputs for customer requirements and quotations.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in solar, electrical, inverter, battery, or related industries preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic understanding of solar PV systems and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, DC/AC systems, and basic electrical wiring.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with dealers, customers, technicians, and vendors.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.
- Understanding of solar system sizing and load calculation.
- Experience with solar inverters and batteries.
- Experience in technical support, dealer support, or field service.
- Knowledge of government solar schemes and industry standards is an advantage.
