ABOUT THE ROLE

Growlity is looking for an ISO Consultant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in ISO implementation, documentation, and internal auditing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of management system standards and the ability to work directly with clients and process owners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- ISO Implementation: Support clients in implementing and maintaining management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and other applicable ISO standards.
- Gap Assessment: Conduct gap assessments and identify areas of non-compliance, improvement, and process-level gaps against applicable ISO requirements.
- Internal Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits, collect objective evidence, identify non-conformities, and prepare clear audit findings and reports.
- Documentation: Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, SOPs, manuals, risk assessments, registers, formats, and other ISO documentation.
- Corrective Actions: Support clients in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and closure of audit findings/non-conformities.
- Client Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, process owners, management teams, and other stakeholders to understand processes and ensure ISO requirements are implemented effectively.
- Audit Support: Assist clients in preparing for certification, surveillance, and external audits, including document readiness and evidence preparation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, compliance enhancement, and continual improvement within management systems.




- Reporting & Training: Prepare professional audit reports and documentation and support ISO awareness/training sessions when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 or any relevant standards.
- Strong understanding of ISO requirements, audit principles, audit evidence, and risk-based thinking.
- Hands-on experience in conducting internal audits is required.
- Strong ISO documentation and report-writing skills.
- Positive understanding of process mapping, non-conformity, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and qualified documentation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Experience: 1–3 Years of relevant experience in ISO Consulting, Quality, Compliance, Internal Auditing, Management Systems, or related areas.

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Management, Quality, or a related field.

Preferred: ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification from CQI/IRCA, PECB, TÜV, or an equivalent recognized body.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
